Since 1992 John has worked as a designer with some of the biggest brands in the furniture and kitchen industry. In 2012, he set up Place Design Kitchens & Interiors to draw from this experience and built the business through satisfied clients and referrals. We now have a valuable network of partners, skilled tradesmen and master craftsmen with whom we work alongside.
The ethos is simple: John takes the time to listen to his clients, to find out how they live, how they cook, who uses the space and what for. Every space and client is unique and John tries to emphasise that. Form follows function and it is only through listening to the client do we really understand what the function is. The aim is designs that are as individual as you are, great value, excellent service and quality products that stand the test of time. This is born out by the fantastic reviews we get from clients and the numerous awards and accolades we have won.
